The effects of cyberbulling is when people often school kids get bullied over the net. which they then get offended and tempted to get angry over each other.

Chatrooms are rooms where you talk to people and communicate to new people you dont know.

Rules of using a chatroom

• always use nicknames
• never give anyone your personal details.
• dont use inappropriate language
• use a password that you can remember
• never meet some one on the internet whos is offending and says they like you. they could be pedo's.
